SHIPPING & DELIVERY 

Orders are processed during normal business days (Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders are usually shipped out within 1 business day unless otherwise noted.

Hey Honey uses only the most reliable and trusted shipping services; once orders leave the Hey Honey facility, the actual delivery timeframe is dependent on the carrier.

EUROPEAN UNION ORDERS

Please allow 1 business day for processing and a transit time of 5-7 business days on all standard orders shipped to EU member countries.

OUTSIDE OF THE EUROPEAN UNION

For orders outside of the EU, the item price and shipping costs do not include any potential customs, import duties, tariffs, taxes or any additional charges or fees that may occur. All applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be due to the carrier. Packages may be held at a local sorting facility until all customs charges and fees are paid.

Customers should check with their country's customs office to determine what the additional costs (if any) will be prior to purchasing any products.

Any charges and fees paid by the customer are not eligible for a refund. Packages that are returned due to unpaid duties and customs will have all shipping charges deducted from the refund.
