OUR FAVORITE FALL DUET: WHIPPED PUMPKIN SPICE HONEY BUTTER

As you all know we love using honey, both on our skin and our food.There’s so many delicious ways to enjoy honey why not pair it with Pumpkinspice! This simple and sweet recipe from Queenslee Appetit is sure to become your new fall favorite.
WHIPPED PUMPKIN SPICE HONEY BUTTER
Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter, softened to room temperature

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 tsp ground ginger

1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

1/4 tsp ground allspice
-
1/8 tsp ground cloves
-
6 Tbsp pumpkin purée
-
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
-
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Directions

In a medium mixing bowl using a hand mixer, beat the butter on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.

Add the cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice and cloves and beat until combined.

Add pumpkin purée 1 tablespoon at a time, beating after each addition until well combined and smooth.

Add the honey OR maple syrup and vanilla and continue to whip on medium speed until thick and fluffy, about 1-2 minutes. Store butter in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to use.
Total Time: 5 mins
