Ordering with Hey Honey

  • Orders are fulfilled and shipped during business days (Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders are usually shipped out within 2 business days.
  • For orders placed with express shipping, orders placed before 1pm will ship same day and orders placed after 1pm will be shipped the following business day.
  • We are unable to cancel or change orders once they have been submitted. Please see our cancellation policies below for more information. Please email our Care Team at care@heyhoney.com if you have questions or concerns regarding your order.
  • If the online ordering process isn’t working for you, Hey Honey does accept phone orders during regular business hours (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST)- please call (1) 855.33.HONEY to do so.

Hey Honey Shipping Policies
Domestic Shipping (Continental U.S.):
Orders under $50: $4.99
Orders over $50: FREE

  • Orders under one pound will be shipped Standard USPS. Orders weighing over one pound will be shipped through FedEx.
  • Please double check that the shipping address you entered on your account is correct to prevent any errors or delays in the shipping process.
  • After your order is complete, our fulfillment department will typically ship the order within two business days.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to use with the corresponding carrier website. Your tracking number is also available through your account on heyhoney.com. You may also email or call us or chat during regular business hours (9am-5pm Monday-Friday EST) and we would be happy to track your shipment for you.
  • Domestic orders normally arrive within 3-5 business days.
  • Items returned to Hey Honey as undeliverable by USPS or refused by customer will be refunded less any shipping charges incurred by Hey Honey.

International Shipping:
Hey Honey does ship internationally!

  • All international orders will be shipped at the discretion of Hey Honey.
  • Please double check that the address you entered on your account is correct to prevent any errors or delays in the shipping process.
  • After your order is complete, our warehouse will usually fulfill and ship the order within 3 business days.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to use with the corresponding carrier website. Your tracking number is also available through your account on heyhoney.com. You may also email or call us or chat during regular business hours (9am-5pm Monday-Friday EST) and we would be happy to track your shipment for you.
  • International Orders are dependent on the shipping carrier, but they will normally arrive between 10-14 days (may not include weekends or holidays).

*Shipping delays may occur during times of high order volume, especially during the Holiday Season (November - December).
*For international orders, taxes, import duties, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Check with your country's customs office to determine what additional costs will be prior to buying any products.
*Product can only be shipped to one address per order.
*Hey Honey is not responsible for lost orders or orders damaged by the shipping carrier.

How do I contact Hey Honey?

  • You can easily reach us via our Customer Care page. You can log into your account and send us a message through our Customer Care page or by phone and chat during regular business hours. Please include your name and order number as well as a short description of your questions/concerns and we will get back to you as soon as possible!

How can I track my order?

  • Once your order is fulfilled and shipped from Hey Honey, we send you an e-mail with a tracking number you can use on the shipping carrier’s website (USPS or other designated carrier). You can also find your tracking number by navigating to “My Account” on our website and viewing your orders. You can also contact Hey Honey Customer Care and we can track your order for you.

Can I choose a faster shipping option?

  • At this time Hey Honey does not offer expedited shipping through our website.

Can I change/cancel my order?

  • Hey Honey strives to serve our customers as quickly as possible- this means we will begin to process your order immediately after you submit it. Because of this, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been submitted. Please contact Hey Honey if you have questions or concerns regarding your order.

My order arrived damaged/was lost, what should I do?

  • While Hey Honey cannot control and is not responsible for orders lost or damaged by shipping carriers, we do recommend you contact us if your order was lost, damaged or stolen so we can attempt to correct the issue to the best of our ability. You can log into "My Account" and send us a message through our Customer Care page or by phone and chat during regular business hours. Please include your name and order number as well as a short description of your issues and we will get back to you as soon as possible!

My order arrived with missing items/wrong items/malfunctioning items?

  • Please contact us at Customer Care as soon as possible so we can immediately remedy the situation for you. You can log into your account and send us a message through our Customer Care page or by phone and chat during regular business hours. Please include your name and order number as well as a short description of your issues and we will get back to you as soon as possible! 

RETURNS

Our goal is to make sure you are happy! We always hope that you have a positive experience with your Hey Honey order, but we do understand that returns are sometimes necessary. That’s why Hey Honey offers a 30-day guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your product selections, you can return the product for a refund of the purchase price minus the Shipping & Handling fees. If you would like to make a return, email care@heyhoney.com with your full name, shipping address and order number. Please see below for our Return Requirements.

Return Requirements

  • In order to receive a refund, return packages must be postmarked no later than 30 days from delivery confirmation. Returns made after 30 days may not be accepted, credited or refunded.
  • When requested, a prepaid return label can be provided for a $5 fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. 
  • "Create A Set" and travel sized products are not eligible for returns and/or refunds.
  • Hey Honey is not responsible for orders placed through other vendors or retail partners. We cannot issue returns or exchanges for such items. 
  • When shipping packages, we recommend sending returns through an insurable, traceable service (such as USPS). We  are not responsible for any packages lost in transit. 
  • The original shipping and handling costs for orders, paid by the customer or Hey Honey, are non-refundable.
  • Returned products must be at least 60% full to qualify for a refund.
  • It can take up to 7 days to process a return. We will send you an email notification once your return has been received and processed. It can take longer for your bank statement to reflect any approved refunds- please contact your bank or credit card company for more information regarding refunds to your account.
  • Hey Honey reserves the right to deny a refund for any reason—the most common reasons for a denied return would include the return of less than 60% of a product or returns requested after 30 days.

EXCHANGES

Not 100% happy with your purchase? That’s okay!  Simply email us at, care@heyhoney.com with your full name, shipping address and order number so we can help you to select the right products! 

Free Deluxe Sample choice is not guaranteed. Selection of free samples is based on product availability. If a customer’s choice is not available, Hey Honey will send an alternative sample. 

Exchange Requirements
